Dynamics crm

Is it possible to use 2 databases with the same structure at the same time.  Searching etc will search both and combine results.

No, not using the CRM application. If you are using CRM on premises, you can write SQL queries to combine results from the filtered views in each database.

Thanks for confirming. Then that does mean you can get your SQL DBA to write queries that search both CRM databases; you could use the queries in SSRS reports.

However, you can't make the search box in the CRM application search more than database as per my original response.
