Thanks, hopeleonie.

Under Security & Privacy > Firewall > Firewall Options. If I check the “Block all incoming connections” the check get's removed at restart. It’s because the computer has a central policy which I can't bypass. I want a way to bypass that rule and Block all incoming connections. Maybe Murus could allow me more control?

There's a secondary command line firewall, ipfw.  It's a standard BSD firewall, but they've removed it from Yosemite and El Capitán and moved to PF.

On Mavericks or later, you can use pfctl on the command line.  You can add a .bash_profile to enable it or create a script that you put into startup items to start it automatically, so a reboot will put back the checkbox. Murus just uses pfctl underneath.  Many Mac GUI apps are just wrappers of the existing command line.  The command line is free, but if you need ease of use, you can pay for the GUI.  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200259

Here are some other firewalls, along with Murus and the built-in Apple Firewall: https://www.geckoandfly.com/18291/download-4-best-apple-firewall-for-mac-os-x-web-application-security/

The only flag that you might set would be that the Mac might not be accessible to central scanning.  Murus just uses PF, which is completely built into OS X and can still be enabled without using Murus.  It all depends on what your IT rules are.
