VLOOKUP TO BRING PICTURE

Dear EE experts,

How to bring a picture using vlookup  or vba code for the result. You can find a sample file attached.

In Sheet "sample" I would like to bring image in column "E" based on entries in column "D" using the pictures from Sheet "pictures".

There is an article on Excelguru where with a bit of trickery you get to Vlookup pictures

Essential you are copying the first picture cell as linked picture and then your vlookup takes care the rest for the other cells...
There are some restrictions like image should be smaller than the cell.
