Can we just update certificate without updating its key?

Hi, The certificate is going to expire. So we need to update the certificate. Do you think we still need to update its key? It looks like that the key does not have expiration. Do you think so? Thank you

You can use the option to "Renew this certificate with same key" to update the certificate and keep the same key.
I have done this several times.

I am not familiar with an F5 but Certificates are standards based so I would assume it would be fine.
