Changing Windows server 2012 password not allowing SQL Management studio to connect database.

I have windows server 2012 and I have installed SQL 2008 r2. when  i change Windows server 2012 administrator password,
i could not connect SQL management studio.

I need to change Windows server 2012 password every 15 days. How can i solve this problem.

Check windows services and verify  which account does SQL server services use
If it use the local admin account
create a new local admin (domain user preferred)
And assign it to the service even in case its using local service
