Google Docs

My OS is win 10 pro 64 bit and i usually post announcements in Google Groups, and I usually create the document in Google Docs, then copy and paste as a new topic in google groups.
While in Google docs and while working on a document, there seems to be a grey sleeve like, as u can see in the attached file, which keeps scrolling down and covering the text whenever I scroll down using my mouse using the centre wheel.  I have still not been able to figure out why this is happening, and it does not seem to go away.
Hope the experts can please suggest how to fix this issue.  Thank u.

While I'm not sure what's the cause, there are a few things you can try to solve this problem.
First of all, open an incognito session (Ctrl + shift + N) and check if the problem is still there. If not, it's most likely an issue with an add-on or extension you have installed, or something in your cache that's causing it.
Clear all of your browsing history. You can do this via the menu, then select "More tools", then "Clear browsing data". The keyboard shortcut would be Ctrl + shift + Del. Alternatively you can download Ccleaner and clear your computer's temporary data that way (something I'd recommend to do periodically anyway).
If that doesn't solve the problem you can go to the menu, select "More tools", then "Extensions". Disable all the extensions listed, restart Chrome and check if the problem persists. If it's gone, re-enable one extension after another, restarting Chrome after each one, and check if the problem comes back. If it does, you know which extension is causing the issue and you can choose to disable or remove it.
Good luck.
