I currently have a web application that runs classic ASP and SQL 2008R2

If I upgrade to SQL 2012 what sort of issues should I expect if any ?   Is anything not supported on 2012  that is supported on 2008R2 ?

this is great news!!! :P

having worked on your app I'm fairly confident you won't run into any issues. You're not doing any complex queries, mostly CRUD stuff. 2012 is backward compatible so there won't be any 2008 functionality that won't be available in 2012.
