there are 2 users who are getting emails from post-office @domain.com and I need to remove it

as post-office @domain.com is a user mailbox , this mail box send some reports

this system generated and I don't see in task scheduler , where can I find the receipents

This sounds like the "postmaster" could be a DL or is configured to forward to a DL.  You could take a look to see if a postmaster is set...
