vsphere 6.-0 limits
There are some old issues in vsphere around the total amount of open virtual disks that can be on a given host.

anyone know what the vsphere6 limits are? Just curious as the storage for us just got a lot bigger.

it's more if you have over 300tb of data and one or two host, so the compute in previous builds wouldn't open xyz without patch. i.e 8 or 24 or 64 at a time.. how much does 6.0 use for single host and update 2
how much what ?

does 6.0u2 have limitation of how many vmdk it can have open per host and size? I didn't find it in the configuration maximum doc. and can you change the value
60TB is the current maximum opened vmdk's per host. (this has doubled since 2012)
