OMSA not showing system info on two ESXI servers. DRAC timing out on one.

Servers:
PowerEdge R610
PowerEdge R710

ESXI 5.1 and OMSA version 7.3 installed on both.

This has been working before.
I can log into OMSA but see NO information about the server at all. Not even the model is showing under Asset Information. All I see "Asset Info Object not found".  Same with RAID controller, Power, Chassis... everything is "not found".
I tried restarting wsman from within ESXI but it did no good.
What else could I try for this?

The second server also has a DRAC card installed. I can ping it, so I tried using this instead to get sys info.
However, trying to access the web interfaces times out, I never even see the login screen.
I tried using racadm to reset the DRAC but I get ERROR: Unable to connect to RAC at specified IP address for any command I try.

I then tried IPMI tool.
Running a 'raw' command returned some information about the server but when I use even the "chassis status" command I get,
ERROR: Unable to Establish LAN sessions
Error sending Chassis Status command

Anything else to check with this other than physically restarting the DRAC?

do a "flea power drain" on each server

shutdown the server
disconnect all power leads
push and hold the power switch for at least 30 seconds
leave for another 5 minutes
reconnect power and leave for 5 minutes for the DRAC to boot before powering on

After the flea power drain, I would suggest booting to the Lifecycle controller and updating the DRAC and Lifecycle controller from the Lifecycle controller, as well as BIOS, NIC Firmware, PERC firmware etc.

Is this the best way to do this? I was hoping there would be a way that would be involve shutting everything down.

Yes, I tried to SSH and the connection timed out. Then it looks like I have to schedule this flea power drain.

I did have to reboot these servers to get this working. A flea power drain wasn't needed though, I just reset the DRAC settings in BIOS, then added back my configuration and I was able to access it.
For OMSA, I upgraded to 8.4.0 because apparently 7.3.0 has this known issue where it will stop working after awhile and only a reboot will fix it.
