Got error when I start VS2013 and logged into work MS account

When I start VS2013 Ultimate version and I was asked to log into MS Work account.  After logging in, I would get the error message shown in the image.  I'm running on Windows 10.

Please see the image I'm attaching here.  Any idea on how I can fix this?

I am afraid more info is needed....at first i suspect there is a problem with your account...do you use it on other Microsoft products...try to login to a different Ms application that uses the same credentials

I added the VS online url, 2 of them, to IE Trusted sites and the error went away.  Thank you.
