Hi

We have outlook 2013, We have 5 head of the department staff (User A, B ,C,D,E, F)and all their calendar is shared to a secretary G ,who puts appointments on each of the HODs  calendars.
Now when the Secretary-G puts any appointment on user A calendar, the same appointment comes on the Secretary-G calendar. It is happening only with user A calendar
Please let me know how to sort this, not sure if there is any misconfiguration by the user.

Thanks , any help will be great.

How do I check this. Do I need to open A outlook - File Account settings-Delegate access - and remove the assigned delegate.
