Password vault that can sync locally (not cloud-based)

MacBook Pro running El Capitan
Virtual machine running Windows 10
iPhone

I need a password vault that can sync across my equipment without a cloud-based syncing solution.  Goodsync's WiFi solution only supports Android, plus they require licenses for both OSX and Windows 10.  Does anyone know of a product that can sync my equipment across a local connection?

I tried all these recently.

Enpass is as far as I can remember the only one that supports all platforms. (Desktop version is free)

I don't see a non-cloud syncing option offered with the product.  I've submitted an inquiry to ask if a LAN/WiFi option is available.

Thanks for your help.
