Hello - I recently installed a Skype for Business 2015 bridge solution, and my users reported a duplication issue when scheduling SfB meetings. We have a SIP trunk so users can dial into the video conference and, when the meetings are scheduled, a "Join by phone" number is added to the new meeting. This phone number is duplicated. I have attached a screenshot. I'm not sure what's changed. Here is what I have tried.
- Delete SfB profile data
- Recreate Outlook profile
- Delete the Dial-In Access Number and recreate it.
- Delete the Dial-In Access Number and create a new one with a new number and new name. The new dial-in was duplicated.
- Applied the latest updates for SfB
I don't know what else to do and wonder if anyone else has had this same issue, or suggestions to fix this.
