Duplicate "Join by phone" numbers in SfB Meeting

Hello - I recently installed a Skype for Business 2015 bridge solution, and my users reported a duplication issue when scheduling SfB meetings. We have a SIP trunk so users can dial into the video conference and, when the meetings are scheduled, a "Join by phone" number is added to the new meeting. This phone number is duplicated. I have attached a screenshot. I'm not sure what's changed. Here is what I have tried.

- Delete SfB profile data
- Recreate Outlook profile
- Delete the Dial-In Access Number and recreate it.
- Delete the Dial-In Access Number and create a new one with a new number and new name. The new dial-in was duplicated.
- Applied the latest updates for SfB

I don't know what else to do and wonder if anyone else has had this same issue, or suggestions to fix this.

Got the solution. Spoke with Microsoft O365 support and version 16.0.7341.2032, which is the current version, is the cause of the duplicity. They provided a prior version, 16.0.6965.2084, and that seems to have resolved the issue. They know about the bug, and they say it should be resolved by the next build release. Thanks for offering your help.

What is the difference between the above two Dial-In Access Number?

I have multiple numbers on the SIP trunk, so I changed as much as I could. I assigned a new number, I changed the Display name, the Line URI was different because the SIP trunk number was different, and I changed the SIP URI. The only thing that stayed the same was the primary language, region, Pool and the SIP URI domain.

The version of Outlook I'm using is deployed from O365 One Click. skype for Business I'm using is OnPrem and fully updated. I wonder if there is some issue between the two. At any rate, I've opened a ticket with Microsoft O365 support.
