Office 2016 permission denied on Webdav save
Multiple Windows 10 computers with Office 2016 are having issues saving modified files on a Webdav drive created with NetDrive2.
I can save new files on the WebDav drive
I can right click and edit a file name on a WebDav drive
But when I open the file, make a change, and then save that file. I get access denied.
Another weird thing is that I will then go to close the file and say discard changes, but when I open the file it has actually saved the changes that I tried to save.

Sorry. This is not a NAS. It is on a Windows server and the problem doesn't appear to be a server issue as I found it works fine on a Windows 10 with Office 2013, so it appears to be an Office issue.
I have tried a repair on Office and that didn't fix it. Add

Only one other response and his information was about a NAS which this was not. I figured out the fix and explained it on here for others to learn from in the future.
