http://www.rockypointfishingservices.com/ is there a way to add meta descriptions to this site? Using Divi builder on the latest wordpress installation. Pretty surprised that I can't do this. I did find the home page one in Divi theme options, so the home page has a meta description.

It's the other pages I'd like to have one on as well. Divi doesn't play well with plugins, so if you suggest one, please make it the lightest one out there.  I've never found one for pages in any case, only posts. Thanks for your help.

I'm surprised that Divi doesn't allow you to set meta tags on the other pages. If you're able to edit the HTML of those pages, you can always put the meta tags in manually.

However, on the documentation for Divi, it looks like you can enable page-level meta descriptions:
https://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/divi/documentation/theme-options/

"Enable meta descriptions - Check this box if you want to display meta descriptions on category/archive pages. The description is based off the category description you choose when creating/edit your category in wp-admin."

Hi, Serena, I'm surprised as well. The pages aren't in categories. Maybe there's something I don't know about wordpress pages, but I think that applies to categories for blog posts?

Hi again. It appears that Divi does work with the all-in-one seo plugin. Hopefully it will continue to. I'll give you the points, as I could also have edited the html pages,  and a big part of my question was how to do it without plugins.
