Exchange 2010 Discovery search keywords

Hi,

I need to do a search in Exchange 2010 Discovery for the below in a users email.

How do I enter that in the search Keywords search? All email with the below Keywords:

Housing element update
At home in Encinitas
Housing plan
Measure t
Ballot measure
Housing element

I have used the below but not sure if I am running it correct ?

Use OR between words to find items that contain either Word A or Word B. Use AND to find items that contain both Word A and Word B. Use parentheses around clauses separated by AND. For example: (WordA OR WordB) AND (WordC OR WordD). Separating words with a comma or space is the same as using AND.
