Hi, I'm using VS2013 on Windows 10.
I'm taking back a project from a co-worker after he made some modification.  The project compiles fine and I was able to run it yesterday but today I am getting a run-time error and it breaks at the line below in Site.Master
    <asp:PlaceHolder runat="server">
        <%: Scripts.Render("~/bundles/modernizr") %>
    </asp:PlaceHolder>
    <webopt:bundlereference runat="server" path="~/Content/css" />

When I click under Tools-> Manage Nuget Packages, I was able to find WebGrease and it says it's installed already for this project/solution.

How can I fix this?  thank you.

Could not load file or assembly 'WebGrease, Version=1.5.1.25624, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
  Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

You have to add webgrease to your GAC  by registering the .dll

In the  Manage Nuget Package I unchecked the check marks in the solution for WebGrease but then I got the attached error message that i can't uninstall it.  I was trying to uninstall then reinstall per your suggestion.   How corrupted is this project or is it my VS setting is wrong?  Thank you
