You probably need to reinstall the Printer driver. That is what I have had to do. If networked, make sure it has a Static IP address as DHCP addresses on a printer often get lost and then it appears to be offline.

-- Make sure Printer is connected/Powered ON all the time
-- Network Cable is connected
-- Check if the Printer IP is responding to ping request
-- Update drivers from http://www.tvs-e.in/product-detail-db.aspx?id=18&typ=btn_bt&pro=tb_1
-- If this printer is connected through any of the PC and then shared it over network, make sure the Machine is in Network and Powered ON
