Like this....

Public Declare Function OpenClipboard Lib "user32" (ByVal hwnd As Long) As Long
Public Declare Function EmptyClipboard Lib "user32" () As Long
Public Declare Function CloseClipboard Lib "user32" () As Long

Public Function ClearClipboard()
    OpenClipboard (0&)
    EmptyClipboard
    CloseClipboard
End Function

Open in new window

Then you may invoke the function like this....
Sub TestClipboard()
   ClearClipboard
End Sub

Open in new window

Or if you are trying to clear the application's clipboard, you may try this...

Sub ClearApplicationClipboard()
Application.CutCopyMode = 0
End Sub

Open in new window
