Exchange 2003 ntbackup Information Store - Restore single mailbox

I have ntbackup of Information Store and I need to restore one single mailbox and please let me know the steps.

Critical mailbox to be restore.

OS is windows 2003.

First create RSG and Add the DB you need to restore. Then using exmerge tool you can export data to PST or directly merge it to user mailbox. There are tons of articles available. Check the one given by Akhater above.
