Need Clarification about Configuring a Cisco 2951 as a internet router or perimeter router

I clarification on something.  The ISP gave us our IP blocks and a VLAN. Here is my config for the port that will connect back to them with the /30 address and VLAN configured.  I understand that on a router have to create sub-interface for the VLAN.  Does the VLAN part have to be configured anywhere else in my network?  Is it only between my perimeter router and the ISP so they will know how to distinguish our traffic?

Thanks for any clarification

!
interface gigabiethernet 0/1

Although, you can have the same VLAN number and or IP in the network, you should not do that unless you're extending your VLAN.  In this case you are not. So...

For this purpose you only need to configure the VLAN on this end.
