Hi,

We are using DirectAccess on a Server 2012.

When people are working at home, they cannot use our CAD program. Our CAD program needs access through a speicifc port to our license server to get an license. Is it possible to open up for an specific port in DirectAccess?

Default windows firewall behaviors apply. There is nothing special going on. And by default, that means outbound traffic  is allowed.

It is more likely that your CAD application doesn't support IPv6, in which case there is nothing you can do. IPv6 client software support is a basic requirement of DirectAccess. IPc4 clients cannot take advantage of DA connectivity

I don't think this is correct, default windows firewall behaviors does not apply. We have opened up almost every single port within the firewall however we cannot get specific port traffic such as 27000 to go through.
