Problem with LogMein. Cannot connect to desktop sharing host.
Software - LogMein 220.127.116.1138 . Host and Client Computers - Windows 7 Pro SP1.
Browsers Used - IE 11, Chrome, Firefox
Preferences: Disable Wallpaper is checked; Use Display Accelerator is Unchecked. No Proxy Server is involved.
The invitation is sent using options - I will send the invitation myself; then - Use in an invitation sent with my email client.
The recipient receives the link as expected but when they click on the link it takes them to the Welcome page -the Continue button is then clicked which briefly displays a Connecting message before the screen turns blank and remains in this state.
When the LogMein control panel is viewed The Connection and Event Monitor shows the recipient successfully connected.
