Hi,

you need to generate user message profile, and for that you will need a script.

Script can be downloaded from here:
https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Exchange-200720102013-0ea7662b

Before running it, make sure you allow unsigned scripts to run.
From PowerShell: Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

To run script, run Echange Shell, and then browse to location of script.
To get report for period of time, like for September, run bellow command:

Generate-MessageProfile.ps1 -StartDate 9/1/2016 -EndDate 9/28/2016 -OutCSVFile C:\Folder\AllSites.CSV -ExcludeHealthData

Available commands, and more info, can be found on TechNet link:
https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/exchange/2015/04/27/generating-user-message-profiles-for-use-with-the-exchange-calculators/

Regards,
Ivan.
