Remote support for iPhone

I have a user that is having problems with their iPhone. I need to see their phone remotely to see what's going on. Is there a way to do this? For free?

Short answer is NO .. no FREE and no commercial apps will allow iPhone or any iOS device to live share the screen to another user in a remote location.

They can capture screenshots and email you or use something like GoToAssist which basically does the same .. no LIVE screensharing is possible

If you were both on the same WiFi network in the same approximate area they COULD use AirPlay but if they're that close you'd be able to see their screen in person!!!  So AirPlay is pointless for remote support.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
