I created a share and mapped two users with modify permissions. I am having issues with an excel 2013 file that keeps saying it is read only. I have removed the read only permissions from the file in the &quot;Protected View&quot; settings and still opens up in read only mode. Changes cannot be made because of it. When you look at the properties of the file it is not set to read only. What am I missing?
