GPO setting to increase IE11 cache notification

I need to increase website cache notification and check "allow websites caches and databases". Can anyone point me to the correct setting? I attached a screenshot.

Should be the settings under
User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Components -> Internet Explorer -> Internet Control Panel -> General Page -> Browser History
