The simplest thing to do is use Excel.  Otherwise, if you have Microsoft Access, you could use that... but if you don't know databases - REAL databases, then you should probably pick up a book / google for Access Database Tutorial for Beginners and pick one you like.

In excel, setup a column for each and just make an entry for each each day.  If you can be more specific, we may be able to be more specific.  You could probably setup a gig and have someone create this for you...

in my opinion, especially if you will expand and add more related information and an easy way to create reports and queries, Access is the way to go.

if there is one book you read, and read again till you know everything in it, it is this one:

Free 100-page book that covers essentials in Access

I have a playlist on YouTube for learning Access.  The numbered lessons start from total beginner ... and then I am not done with the numbered lessons so I put more basic videos after them.  They are free.  Look at each video description for more information and referenced links.

Knowing the OS, number of people accessing the data, one computer, local network or internet access would help.

There are free database applications, most require some database knowledge.

There are online customizable database apps. Google searches are drowned out by Zoho, Knack, and other commercial apps.
