I just plugged the lightening cable into my iPhone and the USB end into my PC.
How can I transfer large (2 hour) video to my pc?
I don't see the iPhone showing up as a device in "my Computer"  or as a device in "Network"
I don't see the video file in iTunes when I click on my iphone icon.

Go to Control Panel, Auto Play, scroll down to the bottom and make sure iPhone shows up and is set to "Ask every time"

Disconnect the phone, restart the computer and then plug it back in. You should get the Auto Play window and from there you can save the video.
