I want to share my GAL with 2 organistaions (2010 and 2013).
This ervers are connected by vpn and domain are in approval.

Third party software only for this task as far as I am aware.

There is no native solution that I am aware of.
With older versions of Exchange Microsoft did have a product that you could use for the task, but with later versions third party is the only way.
