Hi,

Does that mean that you have SQL on that box as well? If not then use guide bellow, but if you have SQL as well, then you would need to do a backup of SQL as well. For that use guide in link bellow.

1. Install CRM on new server
2. During installation select SQL server that is hosting database
3. After installation, use Deployment Manager to import Organization

After that, just uninstall old server, and from Deployment Manager delete old server as well.

You are not touching SQL, but backup of  MSCRM_CONFIG and CRM DB is always a nice idea :)

More on this topic, on MS link (last part of article): https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh699772.aspx

Regards,
Ivan.

Then, how about the all of the dyanamics crm files like those aspx pages.
If we install new crm, so all of the old existing webpages are gone?

All CRM data, customizations, web resources (including JavaScripts) are stored in the CRM database. The aspx pages are installed during CRM Server setup.

By following your way, does it work if the new crm server are not in the same network?

Thanks
