My wife has a laptop with outlook. As soon as you start the app it tries to go to an exchange mailbox. I need to change it to go to a pop but it launches the exchange connector first so I cannot get to the setting or file menu. It askes to verify the exchange account then when unsuccessful it closes. How can I get to the setting menu

Hi,

can you modify settings via control panel --> mail?
If you have multiple profiles you can select which one to load, or if you have multiple accounts under profile, you can select which one is main, or even delete non-used ones.

Regards,
Ivan.
