I have created a windows form in rest service master itself. I am not able to run this project. I get an error called'' the project with an output type of class library cannot be started directly'' It is asking to attach a process. Please help me in solving this.

A class library is a collection of one one or more classes.  They are used by other projects eg. a Windows Form project.

>>Please help me in solving this.
Create a windows form project and add this class library to the new project.  Then in the winform create an instance of the form you wish to view and show that form.
eg.
MyClassLibraryForm frm = new MyClassLibraryForm();
frm.Show();

Class libraries aren't stand alone.  This is a way to use functionality in a library.
