I am trying to create a pdf file from a .docx file and get the following

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
Calibri not found, using Courier.
%%[ Error: invalidfont; OffendingCommand: xshow ]%%

Stack:
[257 155 152 0]
()

%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%

Any ideas, it used to work no problem

Try following:

1. Uninstall Adobe, restart and install it again and patch it. Adobe 9 is long out of date however.
2. Set up a new Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account and test Adobe PDF creation in the new account.

Also you need to be using an older version of Word. Adobe PDF maker is matched to Office. You should be using Office 2007 for this.

For Office 2013 or Office 2016 you need Acrobat DC   (V9, V10, V11 and then DC). You should be on the latest version.

Thanks for the update and good luck with the new version. I use Adobe Acrobat DC with Office 2016 with no issues
