The current disk layout will be destroyed. All file systems and data will be destroyed lost

Dear All,
Kindly assist in the soonest, after restarting the ESXI host the data store lost and couldn't be attached again, the storage is visible at the FC HBA, but cann't be added and this message appears, please help on the soonest

You SHOULD NOT use the Add Storage button again, this button, is to Add NEW Storage, and should really be called Add New Storage, not Add Storage.

if you proceed, it will reformat the datastore.

Can you let me know, and screenshot, is the current LUN presented and viewable under Storage Adaptors.

Thank you for replying

Here is the screen shoots, FYI : Vshpere 6.0 / ESXI 6.U2 / storage : IBM DS 3524

The situation form the beginning that we had a storage grayed out while it appeared "Active", and this storage was connected to several hosts , so we decided to shutdown all VMS then restart the ESXI hosts, after this one of the hosts had this error, that it can't see the storage, while other hosts saw the storage, when trying to add we got the message of this above mentioned "Question title".

so the LUN is presented correctly, but it does not appear as a datastore?

can you login at the console, or via SSH remotely?
Yes, I can, but which console do you need me to log in, the Storage console or the VMware console, and what is the data you need me to provide via console !!!!
