no the stick cannot be used as an access point. It is not using Wireless Lan frequencies and protocols but cellular frequencies and protocols. They are entirely different. &nbsp;You will need a Wireless Lan adapter on both items and have both items connect to a SSID in the area. (this is usually provided by a router.)
