Customers usually will not be fond of submitting information like that for wifi. Are you not already collecting information on your customers when they are doing business with you?

I'm aware. Hotels, resorts, and similiar establishments collect information on customers when they reserve rooms, which invalidates the need to do so via wifi. The business practices of those places already involves collecting the information you've mentioned.

If you're operating a hotel's wifi network for them, you only will need the information of the hotel, not its guests. Reason: The hotel is the customer, not its guests.

Maybe with some additional detail and clarity, it can be more throughly understood what exactly your goal is.

Best solution given information provided. Hospitality industry normally collects information through other means.
