Need job search tool for follow-ups

I need some free (or cheap) Mac or Web tool that lets me manage contacts, and then creates a todo list each day, for days when I have follow-up.

I guess in the same genre as a sales tool like SaleForce. But much much simpler and preferably free.

Suggestions?

Thanks

I suggest Zoho CRM:
https://www.zoho.com/crm/

It's free for up to 10 users, 1GB of storage, and 25,000 records (along with some other limitations):
https://www.zoho.com/crm/comparison.html

As you can see in the pricing/features comparison chart above, if you need more capabilities than the Free edition has, other editions are reasonably priced.

All of Zoho's products are cloud/web-based, so they work fine via a browser (no problem on your Mac). I use Zoho CRM myself and have deployed it at several small companies — it is very good. I know of one small company that replaced the relatively expensive Salesforce CRM with the relatively inexpensive Zoho CRM and felt that it was just as good.

As a disclaimer, I want to emphasize that I have no affiliation with this company and no financial interest in it whatsoever. I am simply a happy user/customer. Regards, Joe

I see the following:

15-day free trial. No credit card required

But it looks like it will be $15/month after that.

What am I missing?

Well, it's been several years since the last time I signed up a client of mine (and probably a decade since I signed up myself), so I suppose things may have changed, but I suggest going here:
https://www.zoho.com/crm/comparison.html

In the FREE column, click the SIGN UP NOW button. I realize it says, "Start your Free Trial", but it probably lets you pick the FREE plan (not Free Trial) during the sign-up process. My account info shows this:
