Flatten PDF on web server without installing anything?

We are generating FDF documents that populate PDF documents on a GoDaddy shared web server. This only works on Internet Explorer. GoDaddy won't allow installing any programs on the server to flatten PDFs.

Has anyone found a way to flatten PDFs without installations so that the security problems of fillable PDFs are removed, and the PDFs can be displayed on any browser?

(I've heard of sending FDFs to another server and returning PDFs but I'd like to avoid that if possible.)

There is a free javascript you can use.

free cross-platform JavaScript tool, you can add a new "Flatten" menu to the "Edit" menu, containing items to flatten everything or to selectively flatten only particular types of annotation* or form fields and over a page range of your choice.
