AVG Online backup

We have been having issues with different clients data files automatically backing up to AVG's cloud. It will say successful but 0 bytes and 0 time. Sometimes they fail. If we remote in and force a backup it will work. It seems to be on most Win 10 pcs.
Some work with no issues....just trying to narrow it down and see if anyone else is experiencing this????

Also, we contacted AVG , they say the issue is on our end and to try opening some ports....we did it did not work!

Thanks

Are these open files? Is there any commonality for the files that are not backed up.

My opinion is if something doesn't work, scrap it and find something that does. Backup is something that you have to trust with verification.  You should also make sure that you are using the 3-2-1 rule. 3 Backups, using 2 different media, 1 being offsite.  I would also add 1 being offline. Does this product support versioning? What happens if you get hit with ransomware? will the changed files be automatically synced to AVG and then you have no backed up files?

No there does not seem to be any commonality. I understand the importance but for right now just seeing if anyone out there using AVG is experiencing the same or has found a solution.
Also the version is current
