Emails returning to sender

Hello I have a user that some of their emails are returning .....

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
xxxx@xxxx.com
host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx [xx.xx.xx.xx]
SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM :<*****@*****.COM SIZE=5685: 550 5.1.0 <***@***.com> Supsect mailer domain please check your DNS records - ERR007

Any direction on where to start with this error?

It means address was rejected and most common issue is Antispam solution of target system.
In the message is direction to your DNS records - check please your DNS records (for your domain) - MX, PTR records of your MX servers, does deliver messages your server or you have mail gateway ?

Ok, but this user has email this person in the past.  To check my DNS records do I have to log into the domain control panel?  they use Blue Host for email

The target e-mail system would be changed, new antispam solution, new settings of antispam.
From my experience the fastest is to contact administrator of the target mail system and ask
him what they are checking in their AntiSpam solutions related to your rejection. Because the non delivery report could not contain right direction to the root of rejection.
