Hi All,

i have a network which user have their Outlook 2010 archive files growing. in order to compress it fast and avoid to disturb users i have copied their archive files and use on another network a Microsoft office 2013 to "Compress" users archive.pst from Office 2010.

Now, after copied users archive.pst files back to the network with a compressed files, which helped to reduze the size, i try to add those data files back to Outlook 2010 but i get an error message saying (see picture attached) that the "file ...archive.pst is not an Outlook data file (.pst).

I need to add those files back to Office 2010. Can you help me?

Hi,

in worst case, maybe you can attach to Outlook 2013, and export again?

Not sure why it does not work tho.

Regards,
Ivan.

I think that there is not update to repair this bug in Office 2013 which is full of it.

Thanks for your advise.  I will try it.
