If you have vCenter Server, you Right Click the VM, and Click CLONE.

and then you can use the Guest Customisation Specification to include a SYSPREP of the CLONE.

Do you have vCenter Server ?

If you don't have vCenter Server, this is the manual method, discussed in my EE Article, step by step tutorial with screenshots
