This expert suggested creating a Gigs project.
You listed Java and Delphi among the zones.  I think you may want to add the JavaScript and jQuery zones.  A moderator can help you add those zones.  Just use the Request Attention link.

Since this is not a question with an "answer" but more of a requirement for help developing an application, you might want to consider using E-E Gigs.

You will also want to get off MySQL.  Here's why and what you must do to keep your application running in the future.

greetings RiccardoQuest, , ,  I looked at the code in your  index.php and it has many lines of javascript and several many functions in that JS, , it does not seem very efficient, as the redraw function clears the canvas, and then REDRAWS all of the clickX[ ] and clickY[ ] , which have already been drawn on the canvas BEFORE with the mouse move? ? ?

and you have this fuction call -
      addClick(e.pageX - this.offsetLeft, e.pageY - this.offsetTop);
with ONLY two prameters, and then the function definition as -
      function addClick(x, y, dragging) {
with three parameters, ,this seems incorrect to me? ? ?

also the code for your XMLHttpRequest() does not seem to be in a correct progression and code setup?

you say your problem is -
   " i need to work on all device specially mobile and tablet. "

but I do not see ANY CSS for responsive variable width considerations that the "mobile and tablet" usually need? ? ?

I no longer even remember the old MYSQL, and will not work with that. But for me to try and redo the javascript in the index.php, would just take more time than I have.

What kind of advice or corrections from experts do you require for this?

You may should use a JS Canvas  add on, that has already been configured and tested to do mouse move line drawing and image save, other than trying to do the probally lengthy code work and testing for a robust line draw and image SAVE result.
