I am not sure if there is a policy that you can create to do it.<br />
Usually you disable it either via PS, or go to properties of mailbox, and disable it.<br />

Set-CASMailbox -Identity &quot;&lt;username&gt;&quot; -MAPIEnabled $false<br />
