I have disconnected mailbox , I have his AD account

but won't re- connect back , is there something I can do

when I try to connect , it doesn't find the user in the wizard

the same user shows in receipent config under mailbox also

so how come same user is showing in disconnected as well as connected

Please run the below command and try to reconnect.
Clean-MailboxDatabase "databasename"
