How to mass uninstall IE11 in domain

PCs - all windows 10
Server - Win Svr 2012 R2 Standard
Domain working

The problem

I need to remove IE 11 from all the PCs to allow a specific website to work. Compatibility doesn't work, I have to go down to IE10.

What is the best/easiest way to achieve this?

You can't install IE10 on win10. No way. Take a different browser as standard (which can be deployed) or use compatibility settings.
