copying from excel to word

Hej all

When copying from excel to word there come an extra page with some of the text. I just cant seem to get it all
on the same page. any ideas

Any one/more of...

  • Smaller font size in the source workbook, &/or the destination document.
  • Different font (ditto as above).
  • Wider page size/smaller left & right margins/small header & footer margins.
  • Reduce line spacing (reducing gaps between MS-Word document lines to a small point size) either on an ad hoc basis, or for entire paragraphs/all text.
  • If intending to print the content, use the Zoom Scaling to "Scale To Paper" of a particular size (e.g. A4).
  • Copy (output) the source data from MS-Excel as an image file (e.g. JPeG file) & paste this into the MS-Word document to resize the entire content to the required dimensions.
  • Print/use the content from MS-Excel instead.
