Press ctrl+1 to go to cell formatting.  Select "Date" for the category and the format should be the first in the list.

No, I take that back. In my case, it's the 5th option "03/14/01". The first option will truncate off the first "0" in the month.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Weird.

I was able to fix it by going into the cell, then hitting F2 and Enter.
